As an Interim Quality Professional, I support organisations when temporary Quality expertise is needed for replacement, additional capacity, growth or improvement.
The name reflects my belief that quality is not just about standards and procedures, but above all about the way people think and work. With experience in ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and BRCGS Packaging, I help organisations strengthen, improve and embed their quality systems in a practical way.

I take a personal and pragmatic approach. First, I take the time to understand the situation, then determine what is really needed, and work together with the organisation to make sure it works in practice.
Understanding the situation & setting priorities
I start by understanding the organisation, its Quality system and the key challenges. Together, we determine the priorities and what needs to be achieved during the assignment.
Putting it into practice
No unnecessary bureaucracy or lengthy plans. I work closely with Quality, Operations and other stakeholders to implement solutions that fit the organisation and are actually used in practice.
Embedding & knowledge transfer
An interim assignment is successful when the organisation can continue independently after I leave. That is why knowledge transfer, clear responsibilities and workable processes are an integral part of my approach.
